A: Rates are based on the size of the home, office, building or apartment. We ask a series of questions to determine the size and the scope of work that is needed in order to provide you with an accurate quote.

 

Q: How can you give a quote without seeing the property?

 

A: We base the quote off information provided by the client and trust our clients will provide us with accurate information.

 

Q: Do I need to provide my own house cleaning products?

 

A: We will always be prepared to clean your space with our own supplies. If you have preferable cleaning products that you would like to supply instead, just inform us in advance.

 

Q: Will I always have the same cleaners?

 

A: We make an effort to have the same cleaning professional service your home or office. Occasionally there may be a substitute due to illness.

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

 

A: We would appreciate at least 2 days notice for cancellations.
